2023 Spring & summer camp
Warner Camp includes sessions for both Creative Crew (ages 7-15) and Performance Lab (ages 14 - 18).
Creative Crew allows students ages 7 - 15 to explore and develop their artistic talents in an atmosphere of encouragement and enrichment. Students engage in daily activities such as Acting, Improv, Musical Theatre Choreography, Visual Art, Creative Writing and Story Crafting, Technical Theatre, and much more.
Performance Lab gives students aged 14-18 the opportunity to participate in a collaborative production experience. The program is designed to help them develop core theatrical skills including acting, singing, dance, and theater tech. Shows are chosen to challenge and excite students, giving them every opportunity to succeed on and off stage. Fully supported by our devoted staff, students work to improve self-reliance and group dynamics, culminating in an advanced, high-quality, stage performance.
SPRING SESSION:
The spring session of Warner Camp is two weeks from April 3 - 14, 2023.
Spring Warner Camp includes all the fun of our summer program, with the added excitement of developing and writing your own works to perform with your peers! Students will work with artists and performers to create new works that will be shared with friends and family on the last day of camp.
Week one begins after school the week before Spring Break, giving students time to begin the creative process, brainstorming ideas, drafting their plays, and problem solving together.
Week two will be full days encompassing all the elements of putting a new work on stage, and the fun, packed-full days we love during the summer!
SUMMER SESSIONS:
Sessions 1-3 are each one week in length and feature a fun Share Day performance for camper’s families at the end. Each session will meet Monday - Friday from 9 am - 3 pm at the Warner Theatre.
Session 4 is a 2-week program for high school students that includes the same range of activities and focuses on a full-length play production. Auditions are a week before camp starts, with performances at the end of the session.
Each session meets Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Tuition is $325* for each one-week session. Session 4 is $700*.
- Session 1 - Monday, July 10 - Friday, July 14
- Session 2 - Monday, July 17 - Friday, July 21
- Session 3 - Monday, July 24 - Friday, July 28
- Session 4 (two weeks; *AGES 14+ ONLY*) - Monday, July 31 - Friday, August 11
*Plus $25 registration fee. Financial aid is available.
