Ticket Sales

Tickets may be purchased:

• by phone at 860-489-7108 x1
• online at WarnerTheatre.org

Tickets cannot be purchased through email. Please call for assistance.  

Online Ticket Sales

Please take care to ensure you purchase all online tickets directly from WarnerTheatre.org.  

The Warner Theatre does not partner with any third-party ticket brokers. Tickets purchased from third-party brokers are not guaranteed by the Warner Theatre. 

Tickets purchased directly from WarnerTheatre.org will arrive as an emailed PDF with a QR code and the purchasing patron’s name included. Physical tickets can be printed in the box office and may be subject to an additional charge.  

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final, no refunds or exchanges will be made.  

Tickets purchased for Stage @ The Warner productions may be exchanged to a different performance date, for the same production only, for an additional fee.  The exchange fee will be waived for Stage @ The Warner Season Subscribers.

Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation refunds will be provided.  

The Warner Theatre rarely cancels due to weather.

Please visit the Warner Theatre’s social media platforms or WarnerTheatre.org for up-to-date information concerning cancellations. The Warner Theatre will also contact all ticket holding patrons via the email provided at purchase.  

In the event of inclement weather, please do not endanger yourself; make sure to give yourself plenty of time to travel and park safely.
