The Young Actors Series features students of the Warner Theatre Center for Arts Education in performances ranging from children's theater to Shakespeare. This series gives students the opportunity to showcase skills developed in class, while giving the audience an exposure to the theatrical training process through the presentation of popular plays and musicals.

Here is the spooky classic story by Washington Irving, presented with all the thrills, chills and laughs that keep young audiences on the edge of their seats. The storybook tale revolves around the main characters—the bumbling, awkward schoolteacher, Ichabod, the coquettish Katrina and Ichabod's brutish rival, Brom Bones. Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty have lovingly brought to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie, and all of the Whos of Whoville! The score emerges in a Seussian Gumbo of musical styles, ranging from Latin to pop, swing to gospel, and R&B to funk!
