The Young Actors Series features students of the Warner Theatre Center for Arts Education in performances ranging from children's theater to Shakespeare. This series gives students the opportunity to showcase skills developed in class, while giving the audience an exposure to the theatrical training process through the presentation of popular plays and musicals.

The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

Here is the spooky classic story by Washington Irving, presented with all the thrills, chills and laughs that keep young audiences on the edge of their seats. The storybook tale revolves around the main characters—the bumbling, awkward schoolteacher, Ichabod, the coquettish Katrina and Ichabod's brutish rival, Brom Bones. The play saves the best for last—the ride of the headless horseman!! A perfect autumn treat, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is exciting family entertainment!

It’s Princess Aurora’s sixteenth birthday, and Flora, Fauna and Merryweather must use their fairy magic to save her from the spell of evil sorceress Maleficent! This classic fairy tale told Disney-style will capture the imagination of the young and the young-at-heart.

Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty have lovingly brought to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie, and all of the Whos of Whoville! The score emerges in a Seussian Gumbo of musical styles, ranging from Latin to pop, swing to gospel, and R&B to funk!
