Brokers and Scalping
Tickets to all performances at the Warner Theatre are available exclusively from the theatre's own box office and web site. If you purchase tickets from a ticket broker, you are paying a much higher price than you need to. Ticket brokers may make it appear that they have "special access" to the best seats, but all they do is purchase tickets from our box office and resell them to you at a markup. Even when a ticket broker is operating within the law, you still pay much more than you need to, not one cent of the markup goes to the artist or the theatre, and if there is anything wrong with your order, the theatre cannot help you because you did not purchase the tickets from the theatre.
Weather Cancellations
Inclement weather is not a cause for cancellation. As long as the artist is able to arrive at the theatre (usually on a tour bus traveling hundreds of miles overnight) the event will proceed as scheduled. There are no refunds or exchanges because of bad weather. Plan to leave home early, and please travel carefully.
Late Seating Notice
Out of respect for the artists and your fellow audience members, late comers will not be seated in the theatre until a suitable break in the performance. Ticketed seat locations are not guaranteed past curtain time.
Ticket Exchange Policy
Ticket exchanges for designated shows are allowed. Tickets may be exchanged, for a fee, for another performance of the same show, if the patron calls prior to their scheduled performance. No fee charge for Warner Subscribers and Members.
Group Discounts & Gift Certificates
Group ticket purchases of 20 or more seats qualify for a special discount rate (restrictions apply). For additional information, please call the Group Sales department at extension 121. Warner Theatre Gift Certificates are available for purchase through the Warner box office.
Preservation Fee & Refund Policy
There is a $2.00 per ticket Preservation Fee charged to help maintain the historic Warner Theatre. Unless a performance is cancelled, there will be no refunds or exchanges. If a performance takes place despite inclement weather, there will be no refunds or exchanges. Ticket processing fees are non-refundable.
